Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional resident experiences that inspire positive community feedback and strong online reviews.
- Execute innovative sales, marketing, and administrative strategies that drive occupancy, strengthen resident engagement, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Oversee the community’s financial performance with integrity, transparency, and a focus on long-term success.
- Demonstrate River View’s core values of concern, creativity, passion, and the pursuit of perfection in every interaction with residents, clients, and team members.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reports for clients.
- Support your team’s professional growth and development by fostering a culture of continuous learning and opportunity.
- Collaborate with local apartment associations, community managers, town and county officials, and consumer marketing partners to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three or more years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail, with a demonstrated ability to elevate resident and client satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills aligned with River View’s values of concern, creativity, passion, and the pursuit of perfection.
- Strong relationship management skills with a track record of building trust with residents, clients, and team members.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, revenue performance, and profit-and-loss management.
- Experience with Real Page One Site and familiarity with other leading property management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Real Page Onesite and a solid understanding of financial reporting and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
