LVN ​/ LPN – LTC​/SNF

Licensed Rn Or Lpn For 13-Week Contract

Seeking a licensed RN or LPN for a 13-week contract at a living center/nursing home. This position allows Med Surg nurses to gain experience in long-term care settings, offering a versatile clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes or emergent needs.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN or LPN license valid in the state.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Med Surg or LTC settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and patient care skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
