Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Care Provider

Provide nursing care to residents in a living center or nursing home setting. Deliver direct patient care, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status, document findings, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN or LPN license valid in the state.
• Possess at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in LTC or SNF settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
