Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Be an ambassador for world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure the sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude, self‑motivated, ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Star Valley, WY); secondary locations include Jackson, WY.
• Open availability for schedule.

Hourly compensation rate of $16.00.

Benefits include 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement (per company policy), health and well‑being program, employee assistance program, internet reimbursement of $10.00 if a company device is not provided, and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
