Perform general product preparation, clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service;
Cut, grind, slice, prepare, process, trim, tenderize, seal, package, wrap, bag, price, prefabricate, date, label, scale, merchandise, sell, and serve customers;
Maintain department temperature logs and rotate stock to ensure freshness;
Keep department areas clean, organized, and safe; assist with unloading trucks and stocking coolers;
Provide courteous customer service and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
