Key responsibilities include greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, using reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, calculate and collect fees, ensuring passenger information is processed accurately, resolving passenger issues, working in the Baggage Service Office, handling baggage, maintaining composure while managing customer challenges, cleaning the interior of the aircraft, prepping and securing the aircraft for the next flight, and ensuring compliance with airline and FAA regulations.

Qualifications and minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, acquiring and maintaining credentials, successful completion of pre-employment process, availability to work any shift, ability to use radio electronic devices, reading, writing, fluently speaking, and understanding the English language, ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 70 lbs., performing a variety of physical activities, and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
