YOUR ROLE

Stio is hiring a part‑time seasonal Warehouse Coordinator to join us on‑site in Jackson, WY. As the Warehouse Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to uphold operational and inventory standards at Stio’s Jackson warehouse. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating transfer orders to and from our Jackson and Teton Village Mountain Studios
  • Processing inventory adjustments
  • Performing inventory reconciliations
  • Fulfilling e‑commerce and Second Turn™ re‑commerce orders
  • Re‑tagging products
  • Product restocking at Stio’s Jackson retail locations
  • Supporting biannual physical inventory counts and seasonal sendbacks
  • Processing warranty returns and re‑commerce trade‑ins
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment

This role requires availability during holiday seasons and other high‑order‑volume periods. The schedule is 2 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday) for up to 12 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm. It involves lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping or bending to complete daily tasks, and requires a valid driver’s license. The Coordinator must live within a reasonable commute of our Jackson warehouse and reports to the Warehouse Operations Lead on the Operations Team.

The role is seasonal, lasting from September 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders
  • Receive, prepare, and deliver inbound transfer orders
  • Organize, prepare, and ship outbound transfer orders
  • Perform accurate warehouse inventory audits
  • Complete daily work independently or alongside support staff during higher‑volume periods
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and technology
  • Transport transfer orders to our local retail locations throughout the week
  • Provide additional support as needed with local retail storage logistics, including fixture and mannequin backstock
  • Review incoming trade‑in requests as part of our Second Turn™ program, manage inventory, and facilitate shipment to repair facilities
Your Skills And Experience
  • High school equivalency or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Exceptional attention to detail and processes
  • Proven ability to improve and communicate processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency
  • Dependable self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team, able to collaborate and delegate effectively
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with teams at every level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Google Suite preferred

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, and incentives. The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour.
