Receive and put away truck deliveries ranging from approximately 150–250 cases, up to five deliveries per week;
Organize all inventory in designated storage areas, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage;
Rotate all products using First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices;
Pull and restock chicken and other products throughout the day according to production allocation sheets, catering orders, and sales forecasts;
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or concerns to leadership
