Baptist Medical Center Beaches is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Nocturnist to join our growing inpatient Hospitalist team.
This full-time position offers a 7-on/7-off night schedule and a diverse inpatient scope that includes admissions, rapid responses, and floor-call coverage. The provider will also deliver telehealth support to Baptist Medical Center Nassau from the Beaches campus.
You will join a collaborative team while contributing to an innovative health-system initiative designed to strengthen the integration and utilization of Advanced Practice Providers across our hospitals.

- Collaborative practice with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams
- Telehealth support for Baptist Medical Center Nassau
- Opportunity to help advance APP practice across Baptist Health
- Coastal practice location in Jacksonville Beach
- Support from a highly respected regional health system
- Perform overnight admission evaluations and management
- Respond to rapid-response events
- Provide clinical support for floor calls
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals
- Extend telehealth coverage to Baptist Medical Center Nassau
- Support safe and efficient patient-care transitions
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance APP integration across hospital campuses
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- At least one year of Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or ICU experience
- Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license
- National certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain
- Valid Florida driver’s license
