Senior Integration Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer to own, maintain, and evolve our enterprise integration ecosystem. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for designing and maintaining the data feeds and synchronization processes that connect our core platforms — including PLM, ERP, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, Digital Asset Management, and iPaaS middleware. The ideal candidate is a  engineer who thrives in complex, multi-system environments and can independently build, troubleshoot, and document integration solutions across a broad portfolio of business-critical applications.

ERP

Integration
  • Design and maintain bi-directional data feeds between ERP systems and downstream platforms including eCommerce, WMS, and PLM
  • Manage item master, inventory, pricing, order, and fulfillment data synchronization across ERP platforms
  • Support inbound shipment processing and inventory reservation workflows
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Own synchronization services between the WMS and ERP, eCommerce, and shipping carrier systems
  • Maintain fulfillment processing pipelines including order routing, shipment manifests, and carrier uploads
  • Support digital asset delivery to warehouse floor devices
eCommerce Integrations (B2C & B2B)
  • Maintain inventory, pricing, and product data feeds from ERP and PLM into eCommerce storefronts
  • Own order export pipelines including address validation and routing to ERP and WMS
  • Manage customer account sync for B2B commerce platforms
  • Support payment processor integrations including transaction and dispute data ingestion
  • Maintain marketing platform feeds for email campaigns and customer engagement workflows
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Maintain bi-directional item and product data synchronization between PLM and ERP, eCommerce, and WMS platforms
  • Manage digital asset sync from DAM into PLM for product content management
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Own image and asset distribution pipelines from the DAM platform to eCommerce storefronts, PLM, and WMS
Required

Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining enterprise data integration pipelines with a focus on high availability and near-zero downtime in production environments
  • Familiarity with SLA-driven development practices, including designing for fault tolerance, automatic retry logic, and graceful failure handling
  • Experience implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling for integration services (e.g., Pager Duty, Datadog, custom health dashboards)
  • Track record of rapid incident response — able to diagnose, triage, and resolve production data feed failures with urgency and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Background working within large-scale or high-transaction-volume retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods environments where data accuracy and throughput are business-critical
  • Experience supporting integrations that process high volumes of concurrent orders, inventory updates, or real-time data events without degradation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Merchandising teams — a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable contributing to shared codebases, participating in code reviews, and elevating the standards and documentation practices of the broader team
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology — actively explores how AI tools can improve integration workflows, accelerate development, and reduce manual intervention
  • Experience integrating with or building AI-assisted automation, such as anomaly detection in data feeds, intelligent alerting, or LLM-assisted troubleshooting tooling is a strong plus
Experience and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software integration or systems engineering
  • Strong proficiency in C# /.NET — including DLL development, Windows Services, and console applications
  • Experience integrating with ERP platforms (Net Suite preferred) via APIs, web services, or native connectors
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platform APIs (Shopify preferred) including REST/GraphQL and webhooks
  • Solid SQL skills — stored procedures, query optimization, and relational database design (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with iPaaS / middleware platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar)
  • Familiarity with PLM and DAM platform integrations
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architectures
  • Ability to independently manage and document a large portfolio of integration services
