Jacksonville State University Adjunct Faculty – Mathematics (MCIS) Job Summary
The discipline of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematical, Computing, and Information Sciences (MCIS) needs adjunct instructors for general education courses (MS100, MS110, MS112, MS113, MS204). We offer a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with three concentration options. We also offer service courses and prerequisites for other programs across campus. Online, in-person and hybrid opportunities are available. Preference will be given to those applicants who can provide in‑person instruction.
Teaching experience is desired.
- Master’s degree in an appropriate field and at least 18 hours credit in graduate mathematics courses
- Experience with in‑person, hybrid, and/or online instruction.
