Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned physical education instruction
  • Promote physical fitness, health, and wellness through engaging and structured activities
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal accountability
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all scholars
  • Monitor and assess scholar progress in physical development and skill acquisition
  • Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction
  • Collaborate with staff to support whole-child outcomes
  • Maintain strong classroom management aligned with ARLCS expectations
