- maintains facilites by performing minor and major maintenance in all areas.
- remove and replace all light bulbs in all areas of buildings as needed.
- repairs holes in walls and ceilings in buildings as needed.
- install and remove covering for gym floor for special events.
- operates, maintains and repairs sprinkler system around facilities.
- ensures all janitorial equipment such as buffers and vacuums are in proper operating condition.
knowledge of a specialized field such as basic plumbing, electric, hvac, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
