Senior Accountant - Assets

Overview

ICX Group is seeking an Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to lead and manage fixed asset accounting processes. This role will focus on building and maintaining asset management procedures, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting compliance across a multi-location environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain fixed asset accounting processes and controls
• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals
• Maintain fixed asset registers, roll forwards, and supporting documentation
• Prepare periodic fixed asset reporting, reconciliations, and analyses
• Track capital project spending and support budget-to-actual reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify asset existence and condition
• Support physical asset verification and tagging initiatives as needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support audits and other reporting requirements related to fixed assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, to include fixed assets/PPE
• Experience developing accounting processes and internal controls
