• Record daily transactions into

  Bookswith speed and accuracy
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
• Reconcile and recordintercompany transactions
• Review AR Aging and collections weekly
• Oversee accounts payable and vendor payment tracking
• Monitor and support inventory data integrity
• Ensure sales tax preparation and invoicing are completed on time
• Support the controller with month-end close and reporting
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date general ledger records
• Provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making

• Clean, timely, and accurate bookkeeping
• All accounts reconciled monthly without error
• On-time invoicing and sales tax reporting
• Financial statements supported and submitted on schedule
• Proactive communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams

• Minimum2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books (Required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excelfor reconciliations and reporting
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory-heavy environments a plus

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
