Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Help prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits or financial reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards
- Support ad-hoc projects and reporting requests from the finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience; experience in a corporate or public accounting setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with GAAP and standard accounting practices
