Compensation: $98-$105.5/Annually

The Senior Corporate Accountant plays a key role in supporting a timely and accurate month‑end close process. This position partners with internal and external stakeholders to support the accounting and reporting needs of multiple subsidiaries within a corporate structure. Core responsibilities include administration of the corporate financial reporting and consolidation system, preparation of intermediate to complex journal entries, and accounting for subsidiary and intercompany activity.

Additional duties include account reconciliations, variance analysis, management reporting, and preparation of financial and regulatory disclosures. In support of a strong internal control environment, this role participates in the execution of SOX controls, including monthly certification of consolidated results. The position regularly collaborates with finance leadership, operations, and support teams to obtain necessary data and ensure reporting accuracy. The role also supports ad hoc projects tied to growth initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvement efforts.

• Prepare and upload monthly journal entries (intermediate to complex)
• Maintain and administer the corporate consolidation and financial reporting system
• Load, consolidate, and review financial data
• Complete assigned balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Prepare weekly and quarterly management reports and perform flux analyses
• Research and document accounting conclusions for complex or non‑routine transactions
• Assess system or business‑driven changes and determine impacts to accounting processes and controls
• Serve as a point of contact for designated accounting areas and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
• Participate in special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Public accounting experience

• Master’s degree
• Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of corporate consolidation and external reporting requirements
• Familiarity with general ledger and subledger systems
• Experience with financial consolidation tools
• Knowledge of SOX compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
