Senior Tax Associate

We’re working with a Jacksonville CPA firm that has built its model a little differently. The expectation isn’t constant urgency, and success here isn’t measured by how many hours you can push through.

As a Tax Senior, you’ll handle complex work, have direct access to leadership, and be part of a team where people tend to stay, not burn out.

This role offers a clear, supported path to Manager and Partner, with the mentorship and tools to help you get there.

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Collaborate with partners and managers on high-impact engagements
• Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing

• CPA or Enrolled Agent (or active CPA candidate)
• 2+ years of recent public accounting experience as a tax senior or EA
• Strong technical (tax) knowledge and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Current Enrolled Agent
• Above-market salary
