Job Details
As a permanent Audit Manager you will manage and execute high‑quality audit engagements, leveraging expertise in public accounting and auditing to make a significant impact on the firm.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards.Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate audit procedures.Utilize Pro Systemfx Engagement and PPC tools to enhance audit efficiency and quality.Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and interns on audit processes.Review audit work papers and financial statements.Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.Maintain a strong working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.Assist with new business development, extended services, and consulting opportunities.Stay updated with current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree or CPA highly preferred).Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in public accounting.Proficiency in risk assessment and audit procedures.Experience with Pro Systemfx Engagement and PPC tools.Excellent knowledge of public accounting practices and principles.Experience with employee benefit plans is a plus.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.High ethical standards and professionalism.Equal Opportunity EmployerJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
