Internal Audit Senior

ICX Group is seeking an Internal Audit staff and Senior for a large well known and highly sought after organization in Jacksonville.

• Report to the Director of Internal Audit and work with top industry professionals

• Gain an understanding of the company business model and learn industry specific guidance.
• Perform walkthroughs and accurately document accounting processes.
• Perform and review SOX control test work.
• Prepare audit work papers in accordance with department methodology and help evaluate best practices.
• Maintain sound communication and relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the audit with both the Internal Audit team and department management
• Provide support the external auditor when needed

• 1-5 years experience in related role, Public Accounting experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of SOX controls
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA or CIA preferred or in the process of attaining.
