Position: Accounts Receivable Support
Vaco is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a contract to hire role with room to grow that is 100% onsite, Monday
- Friday 8 a, to 5 pm General

Purpose:

Perform accounting and clerical tasks, including maintaining and resolving a high volume of chargebacks. Position requires attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily deposit (electronic payments and checks) Research/resolve daily discrepancies/chargebacks Enter CM/DM’s to process/track chargebacks Weekly goals assigned to target specific accounts/chargebacks Mail/email Invoices to customers daily Collection calls/emails on past due invoices or open balances on invoices Handle customer service requests received via phone, fax, or email File freight claims with carriers Process returns paperwork Track and manage open issues Administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones and covering reception desk Education and

Work Experience:

Bach Degree 5 yrs or more in AR Preferred experience in a wholesale distribution environment Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) Strong 10-key/calculator/arithmetic skills Knowledge and
