, we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Deal Biller / Accounting Clerk who understands that every deal matters. What You'll Do- Bill and post approximately 300 vehicle deals per month
- Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Process retail, finance, lease, and cash transactions
- Verify lender contracts, funding requirements, rebates, and incentives
- Reconcile schedules and assist with month‑end closing activities
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth deal processing
- Has automotive dealership accounting or deal billing experience
- Is highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Understands dealership accounting processes and compliance requirements
- Has experience with Dealer track or similar systems
- Thrives in a high‑volume environment
