Overview
We are a rapidly growing company located in Southside Jacksonville seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a 100% in‑office role that begins as a temp‑to‑hire engagement. 8 AM – 5 PM
Education required:
High School
- Process AP invoices, perform 3‑way match of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
- Create and process payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements, troubleshoot invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Manage month‑end closing of AP, including preparation and posting of accruals.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and resolve issues professionally; continuously improve AP processes and systems.
- Perform miscellaneous AP and accounting duties & projects as needed.
- Accounts Payable – 3 years required
- Purchase Orders – 1 year required
- Coding/Batching – 3 years required
- Matching – 3 years required
- 3‑way Match – 1 year required
- Accruals – 1 year preferred
