Recruitment Consultant - Specializing in Tax, Audit, Accounting, Legal and Professional Services Professionals.Seeking a Tax Senior Associate for a Top 10 Public Accounting firm to support client business's tax needs. This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in the Jacksonville, FL office.
Contributions:
- Providing tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities with an emphasis on companies operating in the manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and technology, and financial institutions industries
- Assisting in supervising, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
- Helping to develop and manage client relationships
- Providing timely and unmatched client service and exceeding client expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA license (or eligibility for one).
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
- Strong ownership of client service and ability to handle multiple engagements.
- Superb communication, team-building, and time-management skills.
- Precise attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
