Bookkeeper

Were seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. You'll handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements while supporting tax coordination and audits. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills and experience with general ledger management.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payroll with precision
• Maintain accurate records (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, tax documents)
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
• Assist with month‑end/year‑end close and audit preparation
• Track vendor payments and ensure timely bill processing
• Support tax filings and collaborate with accountants

• Time management and priority setting skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, task driven and positive attitude.
• Flexible and self‑motivated; able to multi‑task while also being highly detail‑oriented.
