- Perform day‑to‑day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL, and other assigned tasks.
- Assist with monthly close process: posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Maintain regular contact and build relationships with various groups to ensure high‑level customer service.
- Contribute to projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.
- Solid understanding of GAAP.
- Experience with standard accounting software (Quick Books Online, Xero, Net Suite, , Gusto, Expensify, Carta).
- Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Fast learner with professional curiosity and desire to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoy a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced technology or professional services environment.
- Professional integrity.

- Remote; preferred locations:
San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles/Southern California, New York City, Austin, Boston. - Travel to in‑person events approximately 2‑3 weeks per year; onboarding training within first 3 months.

Compensation & Benefits- Base pay range: $100,000 – $115,000 per year.
