• Perform day‑to‑day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL, and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with monthly close process: posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Maintain regular contact and build relationships with various groups to ensure high‑level customer service.
• Contribute to projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with standard accounting software (Quick Books Online, Xero, Net Suite, , Gusto, Expensify, Carta).
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Fast learner with professional curiosity and desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoy a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced technology or professional services environment.

• Remote; preferred locations:
  San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles/Southern California, New York City, Austin, Boston.
• Travel to in‑person events approximately 2‑3 weeks per year; onboarding training within first 3 months.
• Full‑time position.

Mid‑Senior level.

• Base pay range: $100,000 – $115,000 per year.
• Annual bonus potential.
