Steven Douglas has been exclusively engaged on a fantastic US Payroll Manager career opportunity. This role is remote. Individuals must reside in CST or EST to be considered.

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, this position will oversee all aspects of payroll operations, compliance, and administration for U.S. employees and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes pride in operational accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a business-related field.
• 7-8+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple states (multi-jurisdiction).
• Strong technical proficiency in payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive in a scaling, fast-paced environment.
