Tax Senior Associate – Growing CPA & Advisory Firm
Position Description
Position OverviewWe have partnered with a growing CPA & Advisory Services firm in Jacksonville, FL that focuses on wealth management, advisory services, and tax/M&A services. The firm is progressive and employee‑centric, aiming to avoid a high‑stress work environment even during busy season.
Responsibilities & Compensation- Provide tax preparation and advisory services to businesses, HNW individuals, and various entity types.
- Collaborate with a team environment and oversee multiple tax engagements.
- Complete tax preparation & review work for C‑Corps, S‑Corps, HNW individuals, partnerships, trusts, and other entities with revenues ranging from $5 M to $50 M.
- Salary $90,000–$110,000 per year.
- Above‑average PTO policy.
- Equity participation available after gaining firm experience.
- Medical and dental benefits subsidized by the employer.
- BS degree in accounting or related field (economics, business with focus in accounting/finance/statistics) with potential to fulfill additional CPA credit hour requirements; a future CPA trajectory is a plus.
- 2–3 years of tax experience working with multiple business entities.
- Experience across multiple industries.
- Proficiency with accounting software, including CCH Pro System Fx or comparable systems.
Full‑time
Pay: $90,000.00 to $ per year
