The temporary Billing & Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring invoices are accurate, processed on time, and aligned with customer agreements. This role reviews billing data, resolves discrepancies, works with internal teams and suppliers, and helps maintain a smooth billing process within managed staffing programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and process invoices for clients and staffing suppliers.
Review billing information to ensure rates, hours worked, and costs are accurate.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, including timesheet, rate, tax, and system discrepancies.
Process invoice adjustments, corrections, and credit memos when needed.
Ensure billing follows client contracts, company policies, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for billing activities and dispute resolution.
Work with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve billing concerns.
Monitor billing schedules and help ensure invoices are delivered on time.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of related customer service, billing, finance, or administrative experience.
Fluent English.
Experience with ERP, billing, or Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
