This position serves as a vital financial advisor to facility leadership, translating complex data into actionable operational strategies. The successful candidate will manage all business unit accounting functions while driving efficiency through detailed performance reporting. • Provide site leadership with financial guidance and strategic decision support.
• Manage monthly closing procedures and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable controls, and asset reconciliation tasks.
• Produce detailed variance reports explaining primary operational financial drivers.
• Evaluate revenue and labor trends to maximize departmental profitability.
• Direct annual budget preparation and ensure rigorous audit compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• At least four years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and ERP software.
• Currently has or has the ability to secure a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.

• Background in public accounting or multi-site financial support.
• Professional certification such as a CPA or CMA.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
• Previous experience supervising and developing accounting staff.
