Vaco is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist for a contract‑to‑hire, fully onsite role in Jacksonville, Florida. You will support client billing, account analysis, and accounts receivable activities across multiple business leaders and operational teams.
You will prepare invoices, monitor WIP and AR balances, review aging, assist with collections, and contribute to financial reporting while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
