Accounts Payable Processor | Jacksonville, FL
A stable Jacksonville organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor for a high-volume, temp-to-permanent opportunity.
- $19–$20 per hour
- Temp-to-permanent
- Fully onsite during the temporary period
- Process approximately 60–80 invoices per day
- Code and verify vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor accounts and statements
- Research payment discrepancies, credits, and outstanding balances
- Work extensively in Excel and paperless AP systems
- Recent Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel and basic accounting skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive, numbers-driven work
