Director, Technical Accounting

• Lead the organization's technical accounting function
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting
• Oversee development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders
• Hire, train and retain competent accounting staff
• Coordinate year-end close process with external auditors
• Clarify roles and responsibilities within the accounting team

• 10 years or more of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Experience with ERP systems
• CPA or other professional certification is a plus

Demonstrates expertise in technical accounting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting while leading and developing a competent accounting team. Proficient in overseeing accounting policies, procedures, and year-end close processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
