About the Role Seeking a Senior Accountant to support billing, job costing, subcontract administration, financial reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business units.
Responsibilities Prepare monthly project billings and review project costs.
Manage subcontractor documentation, pay requests, insurance, and bonding.
Support month-end close, job costing, inventory, and financial reporting.
Prepare sales/use tax filings and journal entries.
Assist with collections, liens, releases, budgets, and forecasts.
Support and/or supervise Accounts Payable activities.
Partner with Project Managers and accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred.
Project, construction, or job-cost accounting experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills required.
SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and occasional extended hours.
