Job Overview:- Lead the company’s overall finance and accounting function
- Partner with leadership on strategy and business decisions
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Drive financial performance and operational improvements
- Manage banking and other external relationships
- Lead and develop the finance and administrative teams
- Support major projects, investments, and growth initiatives
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelors in Accounting or related field required
- Active CPA required
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Experience working with investors or private equity groups
