Cash & Reconciliation Specialist

Triad Financial Services Inc, a national leader in manufactured home lending, is seeking a detail-oriented Cash & Reconciliation Specialist. In this role, you will post daily cash activity, reconcile multiple bank and general ledger accounts, and research discrepancies to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve variances, support month-end close, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash postings and balance multiple bank and GL accounts
• Prepare and review cash and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, variances, and exceptions in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to clarify and correct reconciliation issues
• Maintain reconciliation schedules, aging reports, and documentation for audits and reviews
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities related to cash and reconciliations
• Follow established internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices
