CPQ & Finance Analyst

• Prepare portions of the accounting close, including the fixed asset subledger, manual journal entries, accrued expenses and revenue functions.
• Assist with auditor queries and prepare company statutory accounts.
• Provide auditors with detailed information and supporting documents for periodic reviews.
• Support payroll processing and analysis.
• Ensure the monthly close cycle is completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare financial statements and analyze variances against budgets, prior reporting periods and forecasts.
• Apply working knowledge of GAAP to revenue accounting, recurring entries, prepaid journal entries, accruals and fixed assets.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Execute monthly SOX controls and provide supporting information and documentation to the SOX team.
• Maintain accurate US GAAP versus Local GAAP reconciliations and provide insights into primary differences.
• Deliver business projects, including system upgrades and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to drive change, add value and maintain commercial awareness.
• Advise finance, sales and operations teams on regulations, accounting issues and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• 2+ years significant financial and accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local statutory accounting, regulations, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; attention to process and detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Net Suite, Workday).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially developing formulas for analyzing large quantities of data in Excel.
• Familiarity with taxation and transfer pricing is highly desirable.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to interact collaboratively across functions and levels.
• Ability to respond with urgency and collaborate across business functions.
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to reprioritization in a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market, where applicable.
• Ability to sit, speak and operate a telephone and/or computer for long periods.
• Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to travel by any form of transportation, if required.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events.
• Regular attendance in the office.

Demonstrates expertise in financial accounting and reporting, including GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis. Proficient in financial systems and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to support business operations and regulatory compliance.
