ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative project support for an active project on a military base. Tasks include processing certified payroll, managing project vendors, coordinating meetings, maintaining project document control, handling base access requests, requisitioning tier insurance, onsite facility management, preparing agendas and meeting minutes, and supporting an on‑site construction project team.
QualificationsCompliance with basic requirements: at least 2 years of administrative experience, computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet), and strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred skills: knowledge of Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, LCP Tracker, accounting or certified payroll experience, construction industry exposure, ability to adapt to new software and tools, and fluency in Spanish.
Education & Experience- Two or more years in an administrative role
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required
- Specific software literacy (Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, LCP Tracker) preferred
- Accounting or Certified payroll experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is desirable
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable
