Job Description

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. Duties include communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (“HRIS”), applicant tracking system (“ATS”), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial and operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes;

and ensuring efficient office functions.

Responsibilities
  • Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees navigating company resources and processes
  • Support performance management, training, and corrective action programs
  • Manage communications and sales project support for District
  • Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
  • Gather and report data with useful metrics
  • Other administrative functions as required, including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel, and ad hoc reporting
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring future or current sponsorship for employment, work visa status
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one (1) year experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • At least one (1) year work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
  • Associate's degree or higher in business, business management, or human resources
  • Prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
  • Prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data Prior work experience using timekeeping systems
