Administrative & Research Assistant — Part-Time

CSI is seeking a part-time Administrative & Research Assistant to support our client in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, executive support, sales support, or research experience who is looking for consistent part-time work in a professional office environment.
This role is onsite only and will be approximately 15 hours per week
, spread across 3–4 days per week
. The schedule is flexible within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
.
- Enter, update, and maintain contact and follow-up information in Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform
- Conduct online business, market, and prospect research
- Summarize research findings clearly and professionally
- Draft, format, and personalize outbound emails using provided templates
- Assist with document organization, CRM follow-up scheduling, and light coordination work
- Provide general administrative support to a busy executive
- 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office support, sales support, or related experience
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or another CRM platform preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft polished, professional email correspondence
- Comfortable conducting online research and summarizing information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to work onsite in the San Marco area of Jacksonville 3–4 days per week
- Prior experience supporting senior-level executives
- Experience with Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, or similar cloud-based business tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools such as Perplexity
- Background in business development, healthcare, consulting, technology, or professional services
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Flexible daytime schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
This is a low-pressure, professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting administrative, research, CRM, and email-related tasks with minimal oversight.
