Data Entry, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update transcripts and test scores in various systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Perform routine data cleanup to keep databases organized and reliable.
- Scan and index documents, ensuring proper logging and routing for further review or data entry.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Familiarity with data management systems such as Banner, OnBase, and/or Slate CRM.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with FERPA guidelines and handling sensitive student information.
- High school diploma and at least two years of related work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and other office tools.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a part‑time capacity.
- Must not be a current UNF student.
- Background check is required; a credit check may also be required.
