Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update transcripts and test scores in various systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform routine data cleanup to keep databases organized and reliable.
  • Scan and index documents, ensuring proper logging and routing for further review or data entry.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with data management systems such as Banner, OnBase, and/or Slate CRM.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with FERPA guidelines and handling sensitive student information.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and at least two years of related work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and other office tools.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a part‑time capacity.
  • Must not be a current UNF student.
  • Background check is required; a credit check may also be required.
