Warranty Coordinator

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator
Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site)
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Position Summary:

This position plays a vital role in processing warranty claims and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform data entry related to warranty items, invoices, and related documentation
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve claim issues
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) entries and reconciliation, as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records of warranty transactions
• Support other administrative tasks within the department as required

Qualifications:

Required Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Warranty processing or coordination
• Accounts payable (AP)
• Data entry or general clerical/administrative work

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
