Job Title:
Administrative & Accounting Administrator

Location: On-site |

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17-$20 per hour
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with administrative tasks, and thrives in customer service. The primary focus of this role is to support the onboarding of approximately 200 student employees during peak hiring periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Onboarding (Primary Duty):
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for seasonal student hires
    • Ensure completion of all required documentation and system entries
  • Customer Service Support:
    • Answer employee questions regarding W-2s, onboarding, and general HR processes
    • Guide employees on how to access and use ADP
  • ADP Administration:
    • Generate simple reports as needed
    • Assist with employee self-service troubleshooting
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Handle various office-related tasks and assist with data entry projects
    • Support other departments as needed with clerical functions
  • Excel & Reporting:
    • Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and project tracking
  • Payroll Backup (Twice a Year):
    • Serve as backup for payroll processing during scheduled absences
    • Full training provided, including practice sessions prior to live runs
  • Accounting Department Support:
    • Provide occasional data entry and backup support
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data sorting, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a structured office environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
  • Willingness to learn payroll (no prior experience required)
