Fed Ex -  - Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support across hub and station operations, including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service.;
Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries and issues.;
Review, research and/or enter data in various systems to support functional areas; compile regular and ad hoc reports for management.;
Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) by retrieving data/files for review.;
Support quality assurance and loss prevention tasks, including address searches/corrections and ensuring packages are in good condition for delivery.
