Administrative & Research Assistant - flexible on-site hours – part time
Location:San Marco area, Jacksonville, FL (on-site)
Position Type:Part-Time | 1099 Contract
Hours:15 hours per week
Schedule:3 to 4 days per week, flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:Above-average hourly rate commensurate with demonstrated experience and talent

Position OverviewWe are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Administrative & Research Assistant to support a busy executive on a part-time basis. This is an in-office role based in the San Marco neighborhood, four days per week, with flexible daily scheduling within standard business hours. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, comfort with cloud-based CRM tools, and the ability to communicate professionally in writing — all with minimal supervision.

- CRM Data Entry & Management
— Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in Zoho CRM
, including contact information and follow-up tasks; ensure data integrity and completeness at all times - Online Research
— Conduct targeted business, market, and prospect research using Perplexity Pro
and other web resources; summarize findings clearly and concisely for the manager's use and delivery of emails - Executive Email Composition
— Draft from templates, format with personalization, and prepare professional outbound emails on behalf of the manager; adapt tone and messaging to a variety of audiences - General Administrative Support
— Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed, including document organization, scheduling follow-ups within the CRM, and light coordination work
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM
or comparable CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) - Strong written English communication skills; ability to compose polished, professional correspondence
- Comfort conducting online research and synthesizing findings into actionable summaries
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives
- Familiarity with Perplexity Pro
or AI-assisted research tools - Experience with Zoho suite products (Mail & CRM)
- Background in business development, healthcare, consulting, or professional services environments
- On-site only

office two to four days per week - Flexible daily hours
