Travel and Expense management provides corporations, financial institutions, supranational, sovereigns, and agencies with customized funding and risk management solutions. The Business Management Team ensures day‑to‑day business runs smoothly, including business planning and strategy, financial reporting, performance and risk analysis, cost and revenue trend analysis, infrastructure oversight, business continuity planning, and administrative tasks.

- Primarily provide support to the bankers in expense reporting
- Handle administrative work of expenses and travel processing
- Prepare MIS reporting to senior management when required by the Manager
- Process travel arrangement requests via email or voice instruction from internal clients
- Coordinate with internal clients on various administrative queries pertaining to travel
- Support the team in problem solving arising from travel and expenses
- Excellent multi‑tasking ability
- Acute awareness of expense and travel policies
- Proactive and high energy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Self‑motivated and self‑starter
The bank expects employees hired into this role to work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $45,000 – $53,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
