Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Jacksonville, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Additional duties include handling expense reports, responding to communications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the seamless execution of office tasks and executive needs.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and billings on Quickbooks
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in a corporate or similar professional setting
