WhatYou’ll Do
- Oversee daily office procedures, manage office supply inventory, coordinate ordering with the Operations Manager, maintain a clean conference room environment, and assist with occasional light cleaning. Support tax return processing, including calling clients for pickup, tracking e‑filing forms, following up with clients for required documents, and maintaining accurate form schedules and scanned records.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and support coordination of internal events, meetings, or special projects as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing communications appropriately while providing administrative support to managers and senior staff.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget‑related activities.
- Evaluate current administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or project coordination role. Experience with in a CPA firm or similar professional services environment is a strong plus.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment, communication platforms such as Zoom or Teams, and databases or CRM tools like SharePoint or Smartsheet.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities; clear and professional communication; high attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
