Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time front desk receptionist/scheduler for our fast‑growing company that provides specialized home services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations:
    Greet, check-in, and direct visitors.
  • Phone Calls:
    Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle general inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management:
    Book, confirm, and manage appointments for staff and clients.
  • Customer Service:
    Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise.
  • Administrative Support:
    Handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk area.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and pride in a job well done.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Computer skills:
    Word, Excel, Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean background; ability to pass background check and drug test.
