Regional Administrative Manager
Position Summary:
The Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions across a designated region, supporting business operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
- Oversee daily administrative operations for multiple offices or facilities within the region.
- Manage and supervise administrative teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for regional administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and recommend process improvements.
- Support regional leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives.
- Resolve administrative issues and ensure consistent service delivery across locations.
- 510 years of administrative, operations, or office management experience.
- 25 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Budgeting and financial management knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency with office software such as: - Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
